Mr. Beech is a partner and a member of Kohnen & Patton’s Business Law and Transactions and Banking and Finance Practice Groups. He practices in the corporate area with emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and various forms of corporate finance activity. He represents numerous privately held corporations in a variety of industries including money management, software, major league sports franchises, retail sales and restaurants. A significant part of his practice involves representation of banks and other lenders or investors in sophisticated financing transactions.

Mr. Beech graduated from Amherst College, attended Stanford University and received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati. He has been recognized as one of Ohio’s Super Lawyers by Law and Politics in conjunction with Cincinnati Magazine. He has been selected as one of Cincinnati’s two Leading Lawyers in mergers and acquisitions by CincyBusiness Magazine. Mr. Beech serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of private enterprises and as a trustee or councilman of several civic, charitable and educational organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area.
