Mr. Dilts is a partner and member of Kohnen & Patton’s Litigation and Insurance Coverage Practice Groups. His practice is focused on civil litigation. Mr. Dilts has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts including:

• Medical and health care negligence, wrongful death suits, and licensing Board matters;
• Trucking and transportation matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, and mattersrelated to carriage of freight;
• Commercial disputes involving breach of contract, unfair competition and related matters;
• Insurance coverage and declaratory judgment litigation; and
• Personal injury and wrongful death litigation.

Mr. Dilts has resolved many disputes through arbitration and mediation, and has served as an arbitrator in numerous civil matters.

Mr. Dilts is a licensed private pilot with an interest in general aviation. As such, he has advised clients in the purchase and sale of general aviation aircraft; acquisition of fractional ownership interests; and in the negotiating of charter, time-sharing and aircraft management agreements.

Mr. Dilts has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been recognized as one of Ohio’s Super Lawyers by Law and Politics in conjunction with Cincinnati Magazine.
