Ms. Pramaggiore is a native of Cincinnati and partner with Kohnen & Patton. She began her career with Kohnen & Patton as a law clerk in 1993 while attending the evening program at Salmon P. Chase College of Law. In 1996, after graduating from Chase, she joined the firm as an associate and became a partner in 2004.

Ms. Pramaggiore practices primarily in the area of civil litigation involving insurance defense, construction defect, delay claims, breach of contract, and commercial litigation. She is a member of Kohnen & Patton’s Litigation and Construction Law groups. She has significant trial experience in both state and federal courts as well as alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation through the American Arbitration Association.

Ms. Pramaggiore graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1988, obtained her Master’s degree from Xavier University in 1990 and her Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1996. She is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and its Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. In addition, she is a graduate of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyer’s, Class V and has been named a Rising Star Super Lawyer by Law & Politics in conjunction with Cincinnati Magazine.
