Mr. Rabenold is “Of Counsel” to Kohnen & Patton. Mr. Rabenold joined the firm in 1991 and concentrated his practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, federal and state tax law, and estate planning and probate.

Mr. Rabenold currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for Harland Financial Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of M & F Worldwide Corp. He has significant experience with business formation, employment law, non-profit law and technology related issues.

Mr. Rabenold has been involved with several non-profit organizations and participated in Cincinnati’s Volunteer Lawyers for the Poor Project.
