Tower Mediation

Tower Mediation, a division of Kohnen & Patton LLP, assists attorneys and their clients in resolving disputes without the time and expense required by litigation. As an impartial third party, each of our mediators assists adverse parties in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement. The mediation process guides the parties in the development of a mutually acceptable solution to their dispute and avoids the requirement of finding for one party and imposing a resolution of the dispute on the parties.

Our mediators are experienced professionals with the backgrounds necessary to provide effective mediation services. Ann R. Combs, Keith D. Meyer and Jeffrey C. Shipp are mediators as well as partners in K&P. W. Andrew Patton is a mediator and "Of Counsel" to K&P. They have received professional training from institutions such as The Center for Dispute Resolution at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, Conflict Management Services in Columbus, Ohio, and the Center for Dispute Settlement in Washington, D.C.
